Since an Early Age Troy has always had a fascination with Flight, Photography, Videography and anything Tech Related.
Joining the Air force in 1981at the age of 17, his primary duty station was at Nellis AFB, home of Red Flag, located in Las Vegas.
Born and bred in Milwaukee, this 6 year Air Force Veteran whom also worked as a project manager for 12 years traveling all over the world, recently retired from the Homestake Water Project / Colorado Springs Utilities after a 20 year career. In 2016 he implemented a Drone program for the Homestake Water Project primarily for Aerial Inspections and Pipe Repair Documentation. He started Big Water UAV Solutions in 2017 after acquiring his Part 107 Certification. He started flying FPV Quads in 2021.
Big Water UAV Solutions specializes in FPV Cinema Videography, Aerial Videography/Photography and Video Editing.
With a strong work ethic and a commitment to excellence you can be sure that each and every media shoot will be handled in a personalized and professional manner. He is actively involved in the UAS community. He is a member of the FAA UAS Safety Program. Additionally he is a Licensed Real Estate Agent in Wisconsin.
His hobbies include flying FPV Quads, building FPV Quads, golfing, guitars, and high end video editing and production.
